On and departure
In order to prepare the vacation home for the next guests would like we you to ask the vacation home to 11,00 o'clock to leave.
The journey is possible starting from approx. 14,00 o'clock.
On days, on which we do not have a guest change, on and/or departure can be also individually agreed upon.
Smoke
In the vacation home smoking is forbidden. We would like to ask you for consideration, since the majority of the guests nonsmokers are. It exists to smoke the possibility on the considered terrace.
Domestic animals
Domestic animals on request.
Cancellation
Generally possible the reservation for the vacation home is to be cancelled. Progressive rate of the cancellation fees:
Until 42 days before beginning of renting mentioned 30%
Until 14 days before beginning of renting mentioned 50%
Starting from that 13. Day before the beginning of renting mentioned 100%
We recommend the conclusion of a travel resignation insurance.
Premature departure
With a premature departure no requirement on refunding the rent exists.
The tenant is responsible to the full extent for the caused damage in the vacation home. Possible damage must to be communicated to the landlord as fast as possible and be able over a private liability to be usually adjusted. |
